Using our remote assistance software our engineers are able to securely connect to and operate your pc without even attending your site. This means our travel times are negated and the end result is that we can fix your problem more quickly, often within the hour!
We believe in being as green as possible and by using our remote access system rather than sending an engineer to site we drastically reduce the amount of fuel that our company uses on a day to day basis, this means reduced costs to us and we pass on these savings to our customers in the form of reduced hourly rates.
It is not always possible to fix every problem remotely and an engineer will always be sent to site if this is the case. Some of our customers prefer to have an engineer attend rather than work remotely, in this situation we will always happily send an engineer within our guaranteed response time. We leave the choice up to you as with most of our services.
Customer has fault and contacts the You Systems service desk either by telephoning, e-mailing or by using our online Call-Logging System.
Call is received by us and is entered directly into our call-logging software.
We then contact you by telephone and direct you to download our Single-Click Remote Assistance Software, no installation is required. It is as simple as clicking on the icon that appears on your desktop.
This connects you to our engineer's computer and enables us to see what you see and operate your mouse and keyboard as if we were sitting at your desk.
Our engineer diagnoses and if possible fixes your issue, then disconnects from your computer, leaving you to carry on with your day to day work with minimum downtime and hassle. Should it not be possible to fix the issue you have remotely our engineer will contact you to arrange a time to visit your site.
