We first started talking to You Systems in late 2005 when we decided to take out a maintenance contract for our computer system. Previously we had used another local systems company and we did not feel that we were getting value for money as they would only work on an hourly charge out rate.
We agreed a maintenance contract with You Systems in March 2006 and in the first year our groups computer repair, maintenance and upgrade costs were reduced by over £25,000 needless to say we have used You Systems ever since.
During 2007 we worked closely with You Systems to upgrade our server and comms room, all of which was done at hours to suit our business with virtually no system down time, which is amazing considering that we have over 160 employees of which 100 are high users of their PC’s
The Cooks Group has been selling and repairing Audi and Volkswagen passenger cars and Volkswagen Commercial vehicles in the Peterborough area for over 55 years and we now have the computer back up and maintenance support which is right for our business.
